Utah FIRST Lego League (FLL) is an exciting, and fun robotics and innovation program that ignites an enthusiasm for discovery, science, teamwork and technology. Participants are kids ages 9 to 14.
FLL has been long established in other parts of the world and The United States, but did not make it foray into Utah until last year when the University of Utah began sponsoring it. Utah FLL is made possible by the University of Utah and various corporate partners, individual team sponsors, and the more than 500 volunteers and team coaches each year.
This year however FLL is short about 200 of the volunteers needed for the qualifying and state tournaments which will be held on January 7th, 14th, and 28th. so if you can, clear your calendar, and click over to the volunteer site and sign up.
