The Utah Lego Users Group has been accepted as an officially recognized LEGO Fan Community by the LEGO Group as a part of their LEGO Fan CoLab program. This means that we work closely with LEGO to share experiences with our local community at our events, and communicate the feelings and experiences of our members back to LEGO to help create even better experiences for LEGO fans.
The kinds of things that ULUG is already doing are exactly what LEGO is looking for in a fan community – creating opportunities for adult fans to get together and connect, taking LEGO builds out into the community, and providing hands-on experiences to the public.
The LEGO Fan CoLab program is replacing the LEGO Ambassador Network (LAN) program that served as an official bridge between fans communities, influencers, and official events and the LEGO company. You can learn more about the LEGO Fan CoLab program on their website.
